Terms of Services - Tour Booking Policy

Tour Booking Policy
  • After receiving the booking request we will send the confirmation once the rooms are blocked. Then you have to deposit 50% of the tour cost within 05 (Five) working days. 100% payment will be required within 05 days if the booking is for Barefoot Resort, The Wild Orchid Resort, Hotel Sentinel, Symphony Palms Beach Resort, Silver Sand Resort and Sea Princess Beach Resort.
  • If case payment is not receive as per Payment Policy/Mention in invoice Schedules, then Late Payment Charge will be 1% per day .
  • Children under 5 years - 40% of Adult price.
  • Children above 5 years & above considered as an Adult.
  • Single Occupancy - 200% of Adult price.
  • Booking confirmed only after 100% payment in advance.
  • Package rates are subject to change without any prior notice.
  • Visit to CORAL Islands and other places by Boat subject to Weather conditions and availability of Boat.
  • We will not be held responsible in case of Cancellation of any Sight Seeing due to Natural Calamities & NO REFUND of the tour price will be made in whole or part due to this.
  • In any circumstances i.e. Due to flight cancellation or delay of ship, the customer has not reached to Port Blair on the booking date; the charges shall be paid by the customer itself.
  • On the Check Out date, if the flight/ ship will be cancelled or delayed, the extra charges shall be paid by the customer itself or on the decision of hotelier.
  • No refund for unused nights or early check out.
  • In case we are not able to provide the same Hotels as mentioned, then we shall provide similar alternate properties.
  • Use of room for day use between 09:30hrs - 1600 hrs will be charged at 100% of
    published hotel tariff, subject to availability.
  • The guest must carry Photo identification like Passport/Driving License/Voter ID Card in Original at the point of check in at the hotel.
  • The above rates are subject to change during 15th Dec - 15th Jan every year.
  • No refund for Cancellation on bookings from 15 Dec to 15 Jan.

Please Note:

However, if your bookings are for the stay between 01 December to 15 January, no refund will be made for the cancellations.

Andaman Exotic Holidays charges a separate service fee of Rs 1500 for all cancellations.
* Cancellation Polilcy is subject to change. It depends upon the cancellation policy of respective hotels.

Change of booking If, after confirmation invoice has been issued, you wish to change your travel arrangement in any way, for your chosen departure date or accommodation, we will do utmost to make these changes, but it may not always be possible.
Early Check-in / Late Check -out
Please note that standard check-in / Checkout time in all hotels are 0800 Hrs. (IST). Therefore cost of early check-in or late checkout is not included in the tour cost. We can always make a request for early check-in or late check-out if required but we do not guarantee that, that depends upon the policy of the hotel, time of the year and availability of the room.

Use of vehicle after tour
Please note that cost of the vehicle (car / coaches with the driver) is not included in the tour cost like : - Usage of vehicle like after transfer or after sightseeing until or unless it is mentioned in the itinerary.

Amendment of itinerary
Tour once commenced will strictly go as per the itinerary finalized. In case of events and circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change all or parts of the contents of the itinerary for safety and well being of our esteemed passengers.

Surcharge
The Price of your travel arrangement are subject to surcharges in case of sudden hike in fuel prices, schedule airfare and any taxes levied by the government. Even in this case, we will try to absorb an amount of 2%, amount exceeding over 2% will be surcharged.

Our Liability

We accept the liability for those arrangements for your holiday, which are wholly within our control and therefore, accept liability to clients for the negligence of our agents, which include our employees. However, we would like to draw attention to the following circumstances, which fall outside our direct control or where for some reason we are not prepared to accept liability.

The Company shall, in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the client or any person traveling with him or her for: Any death, personal injury, sickness accidents, loss delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss and / or damage or theft howsoever caused.

Any act, omission, default of any independent contractor or other person or by any servant or agents employed by them who may be engaged or concerned in the provision of accommodation, refreshment, carriage facility or service for the client or for any person traveling with him howsoever caused. We are unable to take liability for commercial arrangements out of our control such as natural disasters, industrial disputes, reason of threat or war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activities, technical problems to the transport, extreme weather conditions, closure of the airports and sea ports and similar event out of our control, or are due to unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond your control.

Jurisdiction in respect of any or all dispute/s arising out of in relation to this agreement shall vest exclusively in the court of Port Blair jurisdiction.
